Dealer’s Incentive Program :
The choice to become a SMPL Dealer is a big decision on the part of both the parties. As a potential Dealer, your primarily,
consideration is that software that you are going to deal with should be a customize solution that will be wholeheartedly
accepted by the client.
SMPL assures you that your customer will be treated in a professional manner and will be provided with one of India’s
most comprehensive and best software systems.
Dealers of SMPL have potential to earn up to 40% per software! That could mean up to
2 lacs or more for selling a single copy of SMPL Software. For further information

Features of Incentive Program for Dealers :
Special incentive ranging from 10% to 40%
10 % for a qualified lead
If you provide SMPL with a lead that produces a sale, SMPL will credit you with 10% of the total
software sell, as per decided payment criteria.
Your Responsibilities: You are supposed to provide all relevant information of potential clients to SMPL
with contact details to initiate sales call.
Our Responsibilities: The SMPL Sales Department will contact the client and will finalize the deal. Once we receive
complete payment, we will credit you with 10% of the sale of software.
20% for a qualified lead and finalization of software
For complete sales (including presentation, quotation, purchase order, installation charges) SMPL will credit you with 20%
of the total software sell.
Your Responsibilities: Facilitate client with final quotations, purchase order, SMPL’S generated invoice, etc as discussed
with authorities of SMPL. Final installation charges have to be submitted to SMPL.
Our Responsibilities: The SMPL Sales Department will contact client to fix up time for software installation. We will also
provide necessary training (in-house or on-site) to client to its satisfaction. Once we receive complete payment, we will credit
you with 20% of the software.
30% for purchase order and Installation of software
If you finalize sale and install the software, then Sonet Microsystems will credit you with 30% of the total software sale.
Your Responsibilities: Complete sale, SMPL’s generated invoice to customer and installation
of software, Installation and setup should be up to the mark and quality. Submit to Sonet Microsystems
a proof of the sale (e.g. a copy of the sales invoice), final Installation charges have to be submitted to SMPL.
Our Responsibilities:
The Sonet Microsystems Sales Department will contact the client and arrange a suitable time for training
(in-house or on-site), Once we receive complete payment, we will credit you with 30% of the software.
40% for purchase order and installation with training
Complete sale, installment of software and initial training.
Once we receive complete payment, we will credit you with 40% of the software.
Your Responsibilities: Complete sale, SMPL’s generated invoice to customer, installment of software,
training as required that facilitate them to process their initial payroll. Provide Sonet Microsystems
with proof of the sale (e.g. a copy of the sales invoice) and contact us when the training is
complete.
Our Responsibilities: Once you have completed the training sessions, we will contact the client to assess
their level of knowledge with the software. If they are sufficiently trained in order to process the software, we will credit you with 40% of the software sale. If the client is not comfortable with
the level of training they have received, we'll arrange a meeting with you to see if we can enhance
your level of training with respect to our software solutions. Otherwise, company has liberty to
reduced 30% percentage of the software sale.
A supplied list of solid software leads in your area :
SMPL will provide you with a selected list of non-assigned customers in your region. Many
of these customers provide an untapped selling
opportunity for other version, training or other products.
SMPL will provide monthly updates. This list of customers will include those who are not affiliated
with any other dealer or reseller. Many of these customers represent additional sales opportunities.
Marketing assistance to help you to finalize the sale :
SMPL can assist you in your pre-sales activities. Our market friendly Sales Department facilitates you with the
tools, you will need for affective sale.
If you require assistance during a proposal meeting, SMPL can assist you with conferences, simply at previous
notice of one week at zero cost.
If you require assistance in finalizing your proposal, allow SMPL's Marketing staff to make some useful
suggestions. Our writing staff edits your proposal as you required.
Technical assistance on initial installation of the software :
SMPL can assist you during software installation process. If you desire, we can arrange our helpful Technical
Support staff to be available to answer your specific installation questions. We can even arrange for a live
technical support, with PC anywhere, Carbon Copy etc.
Our regular business hours are from 9:30am to 6:30pm Central Time. But if your client requires their software
installation even after working hours, let us know. We'll arrange a time that is suitable for both parties.
Product literature will be available at no-charge :
SMPL will provide product brochures and presentation folders for your final proposals (in reasonable quantities).
These up-to-date materials will help you to enhance your presentation and provide all necessary details to client needed
to take decision.
Marketing Materials: (e.g. PowerPoint demos, multimedia presentations, etc.)
SMPL can help you with helpful marketing materials that will assist you in the presentation process. Whether it's a
point-and-click presentation you're looking for or a stand-alone demonstration, we provide right tool for you.
We offer PowerPoint presentations that perform like an on-line brochure. During your sale’s presentation, you simply
move ahead-- at your own pace.
